Returns
You may request a return within 2 days (damaged/wrong items only) of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or other reasons; this will be indicated on the product page.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. After an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return under our Refund Policy.
